Information we collect

Depending on how you use Elevra OS, we may process:

• Account information, including your name, email, account identifier, organization, and workspace role.
• Customer and business information, including contact details, addresses, subcontractors, projects, notes, materials, milestones, deliveries, and calendar events.
• User content, including documents, spreadsheets, field photos, voice requests, and messages sent to Atlas.
• Device permissions and technical information needed for camera, photos, contacts, microphone, speech, notifications, biometric app lock, security, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• Provide and synchronize your workspace, accounts, permissions, projects, files, and calendars.
• Process Atlas requests and generate AI-assisted or spoken responses.
• Connect optional services such as Google Sheets when you choose.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and provide support.

AI and voice features

When you use Atlas, the text, voice transcript, selected image, and relevant project context needed to answer may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Spoken replies may also be generated by OpenAI. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use. Elevra OS does not use Atlas content for advertising.

iPhone permissions

Elevra OS requests camera, photos, contacts, microphone, speech, notification, or Face ID access only for related features. Contacts are imported only after you select one; photos and images are uploaded only after you choose or capture them. Elevra OS does not receive or store biometric data. Permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and file storage. OpenAI processes Atlas AI and speech requests. Google processes spreadsheet data only when you connect Google Sheets. Apple provides iPhone platform services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking. We share information only with providers needed to operate Elevra OS, authorized users in your organization, when you direct us, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention, deletion, and rights

We retain information while needed to provide Elevra OS and meet business, security, and legal requirements. Authorized users can remove many records and files in the app. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, encrypted network connections, workspace authorization, file validation, and protected service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy changes

Elevra OS is a business application not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If this policy changes, the revised version and effective date will be posted here.
